"The best doctor I have seen so far in my life. He takes his time for listening the patient and asks enough questions to make his diagnosis.
The special thing I noted is that Dr Shanaka is very keen to identify other problems of his patients. Actually I visited his medical centre to take treatment for urinary tract infection, but he spot diagnosed two other problems as well.
A nodular thyroid gland and a skin disease (fungal infection) were identified additionally, referred me for a scan of neck, needle test and treated skin disease.
Fortunately my histology test (needle test report) of thyroid gland was not cancerous. But my thyroid surgery was done due to future risk. So I am so grateful to Dr Shanaka as he saved my life.
